Hsin-Chi Kuan   Chinese University of Hong Kong

Hsin-chi Kuan is Head and Professor of Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Director of its Universities Service Centre for China Studies. He is an editorial board member of several journals in the China field including the Journal of Contemporary China. His main research interest lies in political culture and development. He has published in Asian Survey, The China Quarterly, Democratization, Electoral Studies etc. He is a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
